Ok well I just built my enclosure for my 15 SX and its aiming up. However my hatchback just lets sunlight to come in direct contact with the sub. How bad is sunlight for the sub?

The cone's color might fade over time.

But the surround should be treated so that UV rays don't damage it substantially.

maybe you should get a tint so you don't have to worry about it?

and since its the hatch you can do some deep tint

Dark tint should keep some thieves away as well...
