Sundown SAZ-3500D V.2 Or Digital Designs M3b

Sold my M3a and looking for a slight increase in power and these 2 amps are my top 2 choices. Comparing the old models the saz3500d v.1 seemed to clamp higher compared to the M3a which people were saying is more in line with the saz-2500d.

This amp will be wired down to .5 ohm and powering a single Fi BTL N2. Wanting a brand new amp for under $1000 so if you have suggestions i'm all ears but state a reason why you would chose this particular amp over the Sundown and DD.

I would choose sundown just for more power but idk about that much power at a .5 ohm on a btl unless you are burping. I could see like 3k on one.

B2 Audio Zero.1 will walk any amp mentioned ITT.

And I know people love Sundown, but the 2500 is outclassed by an M3a. Sorry.

[Edit: but out of the two in the title, I'd take the DD.

Just my stinky opinion but of the 2 I like the sundown. My only question is if you are gonna actually use that much powa on a day to day "listener" ? Or is this a burp only spl set up.

I just can't help but think that u would not be able to "hear" much difference between the 2 .. Could be wrong . Oh and can a btl take all that juice?? I know they are serious woofers but dayum that's a buncha juice for 1 sub. I like it lol

I love my Crescendo 3500s.. For that kinda change I'd go with a BC5500 at 1 ohm.
