Anybody used an Orion 25000? (West Coast Customs)

No, it's a 0. It was vaguely listed from Orions site but I couldn't find the actual specs.

Every entry I've found on a "Orion 25000" has been a 2500D with a D mistaken for a 0... example:

1Th4w

Aye sir, you may be right. When you look at the description from each google link, it says 25000, but when you look at the actual front of the manual, it looks like 2500d. Anyway, I may have a hookup for one.. Any interest in it for about $400? I know they used to sell for a lot back in the day.. Maybe I can hook one of you up with it. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I have no need for it right now.. I found a 2kw US Amps for $200 here locally I'm going to try and buy

If it's minty with endcaps then $400 isn't bad, I saw a few go for $300-$350 last year but didn't have endcaps.
Oh.. This I believe has several scratches and such.. I figured if it were the "25000" it would maybe do closer to 5k but, unfortunately, I believe I mistook the number. If anyone is interested though, I can try to hook you up. It says West Coast Customs across the top, I believe. Maybe its a special edition or something.

I have owned a couple, very strong amps will do 2.5k+@1ohm and can handle .5 daily if ur electrical is stout.. The WCC edition is the same amp just got the stamp before they did there own line under DEI

Only downside is if you need it repaired it is a pain in the a$$ to get fixed, and alot of guys will not work on them, and if they do they want an arm and a leg to fix them

worth about 350ish

hmmm never seen a west coast customs edition before. I would really like to get my hands on a 2500 though, I wanted one so bad in high school but was way out of my range.
I'll sell you mine, that I've beefed up so they are not subject to vibration damage like most were. I've clamped some impressive power output out of mine as well. It is also easily capable of .5ohm alllllll day without problems.

Make me an offer, but I am trying to sell my matching set of the Orion 2500D, 4002, and 3002. I would much rather not split them up, but I will make a sweet *** deal on all three if it is any consolation //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
