Sundown SAZ-2500D vs. Autotek MM3000.1

EDIT: Amp is an Autotek MX3000.1 not MM3000.1

I am the proud owner of an Autotek MX3000.1 that I have been having for close to a year now. It has NEVER, and by NEVER, I mean NEVER, given me any troubles. Butttttt, a friend just threw a monkey at my wrench.

He told me he would trade his Sundown SAZ-2500D for my Autotek MX3000.1. I know his amp works perfectly fine, so it would be a straight swap. Question to you guys is, is it worth it for me?

I am currently running 1 15" Treo SSX 15.22 and possibly will be running 2 within the next few months. Both amps are strappable.

Question to you guys, What Would YOU Do?!

Both are stappable but which is easier to find
That is what I was thinking and I have been seeing alot more of the Sundowns than the Autoteks. I hear alot of good thigns about Sundown but don't hear much about these old school autoteks. Mine has worked fine though so I know it's a solid amp.

I'd take the sundown bc you know it can push up to 3k with solid electrical behind it.

Having been a dealer of both, I'd say go with the Sundown simply because of the ease of getting another if you decide to strap them and the Sundown should be easier on the electrical than the Autotek....don't get me wrong though cause that Autotek is a beast and we've built several show winning set ups with them....the idea situation would be to keep the Autotek for it's rarity and buy your buddy's Sundown if possible....jm2c....
