9/10 as there are very few minor marks, 100% fully functional and comes with origional packaging, bass nob still sealed brand new along with cord, manual in plastic sleeve and of course the amp. Baught it from a authorized dealer myself so I am the only owner. Sorry for the sloppy picture posts.

I would have to see how much more shipping would be, and if it would be a problem at all and for that I would have to take a trip to my local shipping spot. If it would not be a problem I would say yes.
