BTW I own a sundown 3k great amps, but in the op situation, the sundown will not be the amp that anyone with half a brain should suggest

that's wat i thought u meant in this certain situation planet would be the better choice and that's exactly wat i asked you....u never said that u wasnt a sundown fan as a matter of fact u own one so there u go lol i think everybody is in agreement in this scenario that the PA would be the better choice....i just hope to not have any problems out of it, but then again that's wat the warranty is for

If you have the budget, try to get an AQ 2200. Excellent amp.

where can i find them? talking about audioque right?

Id run the planet over the sundown, but if it was a saz2500 vs the bb2400 id go with the sundown. You may want to email Jacob@ sundown, he may be able to hook you up with a saz-2000 cheaper than you think

I would much rather have the Aq then the Planet Audio. I am not a huge fan of the newer PA offerings, I dont find them to be much better then Hifonics. Nobody would suggest a Hifonics (newer) over an AQ if the power was comparable

nah I read that part, but Hifonics makes other amps that make 2k+ besides the Brutus line and by newer you mean the new BRZ's? or the 2k10's? U used all three of these amps??...But im guessing dont take any offense but I think you might be hugging

I have not yet used the BRZ line, nor do I know anyone who has one. So I havent heard it period. I was talkin about the BXi's. And yes, other then the BRZ, I have used BXi's and Planet Audio, and have a friend who runs a AQ that I hear on a regular basis...Sorry, your guess was wrong

so ur talking about the older line not the newer line...and you owned a BXI 2k or 2.6k and the PA that he mention and you tested them?...Also if your friend runs an AQ amp that you hear he should send it in for repair, u dont hear amplifiers //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I have not tested the the BXI 2k, but i have owned the 2.6k the newest one, and a Audioque 2200d both of which i sold on this site...and other then being almost idiot proof nothing special about it...and the Hifioncs was a current hog...

I would rather own a MB Quart DSC 2k before either but good luck finding one.lol
