ok so i have a sae-100d and i was wondering what the phase knob on the amp is for. what should i set it to or how can i figure out what i need to set it to.

it's going to be powering an rli-8 at 2-ohm if that makes a difference.

Set the phase by ear (after you set the crossover) where your sub blends the best with your front components.

Theres no hard fast rule where it should be set.

Phase should be at 0... or 180 if you are running inverted.
