Sundown SA10 or Obsidian 10v3 or ??

I want to try one of these not so brick and mortar best buy type subs...I am really looking hard at the Obsidian 10v3 or whatever cause its cheap and it fits in small box sealed and can run in ported box where I would like it to stay.

I am coming from an IDQ10D4 v3 which was very musical but I am wanting a little more bass. my neighbors rockford junk has more bass but sounds like butt...but it has more bass...I just want to have it to play with but most of the time not use it ...I dont listen to bass heavy music but I do want to feel it.

ive been recomended the RE sex10 , Sundown 10's , ive looked at SKAR 10's....out of them all I am still leaning towards the Obsidian 10

get the oa they will impress everyone you let hear it. they also use the same coil as the sa-10. its a very musical driver and has loads of output in a ported enclosure.

almost got the box built.. sub is very impressive for the cost...

one thing under my skin is that I have sent multiple emails and have got zero replies from them. I called even and still not reply.

I would hate to see what happens if there is a issue and I need help.

got my box built...sub installed..havent barely played with it though , havnt had time but I am ready to see what she does. I was trying not to abuse it too fast cause it seems stiff still..I havnt generally had a sub this stiff in a while.

I am very surprised at the total zero lack of communication I have gotten from Obsidian. 3 or 4 emails and nothing. built the box based on specs on the website but site lists D2 and I have a D4 . dont know that it matters.

shouldn't matter. i find it strange that they haven't communicated at all. i have always had great exp with oa customer service. of course i bought 4 12's my first time.

me too...I have yet to unleash its potential. but working on it.
