If you have the electrical to keep them above 12V then yes, I ran my 1500D at 1/2ohm for quite a while.

what do you think i need in addition to my 220 alt? would 2 93 ah batts do the trick?

I dont know **** about batcaps but their numbers dont impress me. Id get C&D's from 1phateclipse.

you gonna neds lots of back up a couple of batcap 2000's should do the trick sundowns get hungry at .5ohm so be ready to feed them..3 2000"s would be best

1 3000 should do the trick maybe even one 2000 but you gonna get way more output from the 1500d's

An under hood battery and a couple of good sized batts will be fine. That 220amp alt will help a lot.
