Amp differences AP15001d / jl audio 250/1

Hi everyone I'm new to the forums. I thought I would show everyone some pictures of 2 of the 3 amps I'm going to run. I would like to know why the jl seems to have so much more inside of it, but make so much less power. The other amp I'm running for my highs is a jl hd600/4. The jl 250/1 will be for mids and the ap15001d is for 2 12w3v3's. Is the SQ of the ap going to be noticeable with me using JL amps every where else? Thanks to all who answer. Shaun
