Should of just went to local store and bought some cheapie ones to try out and just run them over the carpet.
I had the same problem and it ended up being that the RCA outputs on my CD Player went bad.So I got my new RCA's in, and the problem is still there. I figured it would be a ground issue, so I grounded it to the battery, still there. Hoss sugguested that it was possibly because I ran the RCA's next to the power wire, so I just hooked up another set of RCA's across my truck, and the problem still exists. So now I am stumped. The speakers are still making the wining noise and are still popping and shit. And they are smelling really bad....
This fixed the problem, how exactly did you do this to yours?I had the same problem. I grounded my RCAs to the HU and that took care of the problem. Just wrap wire around the RCA plugs and screw the other end into the HU...should take care of your problem
Excellent, glad to hear that you have it taken care of!This fixed the problem, how exactly did you do this to yours?
