I didn't calculate volume or tuning or anything but it's 60''w x 24'' tall x 8.25'' td x 14'' bd. The port is 6'' x 15''.

Looks easy enough. Came out to 5.6^3 w/ 1.5'' thickness. Im probally going to want to make the width a litte shorter, make it taller, and have the bd longer. What is that tuned to and thats 90sqin. of port? length times width right

you could do something like this:

was having a hard time with sketchup..noob at it but i would throw some braces on the port as well...couldn't figure out how to do that or put a flare on the port...lol

Looks pretty nice. Calculated it in here http://www.the12volt.com/caraudio/boxcalcs.asp and its 4.5 cubes with 1'' Thickness. Thats before the port displacement, and how much will that take up? And 24'' port? Can I just use PVC pipe?

go to home depot in the concrete section...they sell 8" and 12" sonotubes called sakrete concrete tubes

why 1"?? do 3/4...will come to about 5cubes before displacement....then just double the baffle...

Ive had 2 boxs. Both were square and ported. First was for a 15'' in 3.5 cubes with port and sub forward. second was for 12'' sub and port up.

I just want a loud daily driver. Doesnt need to put up numbers. Want it low and deep.
