sundown e8's or RF p3s

im either doing 4 Rockford Fosgate P3 slims(12's) or 8 Sundown E8's running off a sundown saz 1500. i will be putting them in a sealed enclosure that is around 3 ft^3 because i have a single cab truck. so my questions are...

1. which setup would be louder in general?

2. which setup would hit lower notes?
