Sundown + btl?

If I got a Sundown 1500 and a 12" BTL, besides having to upgrade my 4 gauge to 1/0, would I have to upgrade anything else?

Big3, deep cycle under the hood... minimum.

Get a dual 1ohm BTL, and run it on the SAZ1500D @.5ohms.

yes, deffintely run a .5 as stated, thats the ONLY way to make it worth while.

I am not really looking to have to upgrade to all of that, how about a Q? Just not sure of an amp.

deep cycle + wires = MAYBE 200 bucks if done conservatively.....thats a CHEAP electrical upgrade WORTH DOING.

Q could probably also handle the sundown at 0.5 ohms (definitely could at 1 ohm)

and with that power, it would probably be a better choice than the BTL.

but you'd still need the same electrical upgrades.

Im running a Sundown on a Q at 1ohm, I doubt Id run it at .5 ohm. It could handle it, but IMHO it isnt worth the stress of the driver. Remember the Q is rated at 1000rms for a reason. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif
