Gotcha! Ouch that sucks. Bad grounds maybe?? I had 1 bad ground under my hood and it caused havoc on my electrical.

'94 Explorer

200a alt seeing 145a output idling at 1500rpm

Optima G31 under the hood and two in the back

saz-3000d @ 0.35ohms nominal

I get voltage drop into the 12s. With the engine off it drops to low 11s. Seeing full 200a output cruising at 2500rpm it drops to 13 flat. Thats on BIG bass notes at full tilt with my gains set right to the verge of clipping.
