sundown 2 e8v3's vs 1 sa8 on 1000watts

So my new setup right now is a audiopipe1300 600@2 and 1000@1 and 1 e8v3 in a box recommended by sundown. My question is what would be best setup with this amp so I can upgrade.. 2 e8v3s running @ 1ohm or a sa8d2v2 running on 1ohm?

So probably another e8 then? If I did I could probably feed them about 475w each.. I guess the amp is rated 960w output and I know the subs are underrated also. Ev8's are 300rms each and sa is 500rms
