Sundown 160 mill deadner over cld

[Bass so loud it HZ]

Just curious if anyone has ever put the 160 mill sundown deadner over some 80 mill cld .I'm talking about the kind you have to use a torch on .I've been told to remove the vld before but have also been told if I clean the surface of the cld with alcohol it will stick just fine .thought about maybe even using some spray adhesive.
