sunburn

Take a realy hot shower. I mean as hot as you can get it. It will take the burn, itching away.

No, for real, Im Irish, I burn like a mofo every year. Sounds crazy, but it works.

BTW, You may want to take a x2 vic. first.

Honestly not bad advice, if I know I was in the sun too long I take a hot shower that night. Doesn't stop the redness but it seems to make the pain part better the following days. Makes no sense but I've noticed it works too.

welp, i finished smoking my half a blunt i had left and went and did it...so far so good.....

-crossing my fingers-
no you ppl have t all wrong. if you just get some sandpaper and rub in a rotating motion over the burn for a while it will go away. oh and btw bleeding means its working.

Hot water in a shower probably exfoliates(sp?) along with helping moisturize. Anything that keeps the skin from feeling like cooked bacon I will imagine makes it less itchy.

However, getting the sack to take a hot shower with a burn is in a leage of its own. I'd stick to aloe and vitamin E

best method i do. (im english) take hot shower as mentioned above start in middle not hot or cold and slowly turn the temp up wait 20 seconds turn it up again. do that until u cant any more

then when you get out put some aloe on your skin and let it dry. go to bed wakeup fine.

Someone told me before that you should sprinkle some baking soda in a bathtub filled with water.. and go in it.. It would help your burn..

I never have tried it (because I dont believe it lol)

I always use those green aloe vera, I put them in refrigerator. Feels really good when it is first applied on your skin, but the feeling goes away later.. who cares.. lol, I dont get burns too bad..

x2

I take a hot shower the day that I get the burn, and then usually don't worry about it anymore. I normally only burn on my shoulders. It always peels no matter what I do, but it never hurts that much.

Man I remember about 2 years ago, I went to the beach with no sunblock and got super burned. My back had 3rd degree burns on it to the point where my skin slid off if it rubbed against something.

I was too stupid to go to the doctor, but was in excrutiating pain for 2 nearly 3 weeks. i'd wake up and have dried pus all over my back from blisters popping.

I still have visible sun damage on my back from it, and doubt that it will ever go away.

You increased your odds of skin cancer by a stupid amount. Hopefully your family doesn't have a history. I've gotten at most, 2nd degree on my upper back and shoulders. Dermatologist told me to pretty much knock that shit off right quick since my family has a history of cancer.

Aloe will be your best bet.

All this talk about sunburn makes me shiver //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

Last summer was by-far the worst I have ever been sunburnt. 8+ hours on the beach jet skiing, made for some wicked nasty burns. My face was the worst, a week past and it was like I was wearing a mask made of scabs. It hurt SOOOO ****ing bad.

Also completely ****ed up a $400 tattoo that day, luckily it was able to be redone, but a couple areas will never hold ink due to scars.
