I was once burned so badly that they had to remove my skin in its entirety. You could see my insides for a few weeks. It was painful as chit. Creeped people out a little bit too. I screamed in pain every time I breathed. The skin removal surgery was a success, but it left me with some scarring:

I have a lack of pigment in my skin, and when I was younger I got stuck at an air show because my dad couldn't find the bus.

I was too young to remember what the pain was like, but until 7th grade (when I got bad acne) my ENTIRE forehead was one big patch of freckles. Brown, tan, light brown, reddish brown, overlapping patch of freckles.

My mom almost killed him.
