Is there any way to get to a 2 ohm operation from a dual 2 ohm sub?

no, either 1 ohm or 4 ohm.

Do you know if they make a Power Acoustik MOFO10 in a Dual 4ohm or a Dual 1ohm? Also, what do you suggest for me to get?

If i were you, i would continue to save up some more money to buy a nicer sub that'll handle the watts you're going to be throwing at it. I have no idea about the Power acoustik

Maybe an RL-P 12" or a SX 10". both of those have good reviews from many people and would do nicely with the amount of power you've got. Look around in the classifieds if you don't mind used, you can pick up some great deals.
