Suggestions please...

My dad is looking for a sub to put in the trunk of his impala. He wants about 400 rms, not much more. I was thinking something along the lines of a 12"kicker comp cvr. DO you guys have any suggestions of anything similar in price and quality of the cvr's? He wants more SQ than anything, but a little spl wont hurt him...Thanks in advance

OK another question. I have found a cvr 12 for $77. Is there anything similar to that?WHat are you guys' feelings on the alpine type s?

Should be able to find a Type R on eBay for around that price.

Both are great drivers ... I wouldn't hesitate to run either of the drivers daily if I had an application for them.

The CVR will be a great choice. The Type S would be a nice choice aswell.
