Suggestions on this possible set up

Hi I have a 2016 Honda Civic coupe EXT that came stock with 2 door speakers, 2 front tweeters, 1 center speaker, 2 rear deck speakers , 2 rear deck tweeters, and 1 8" sub. I want to keep the HU factory so I was recommended the LC2iB. I am considering the Alpine Type S components SPS-610C for front and rear, and 1 Type S SWS-12D4. For the speakers I wanted to get the Alpine Ktp-445U power pack because it doesn't require power, but is there another amp that could be recommended (preferably Alpine)? For the sub I was looking at the Alpine MRV-M500. Also not sure what to do with the stock sub or the center speaker because I don't know what size it is. Price isn't really a huge issue but I've always good luck with Alpine and I don't need a high end system.

Alpine makes okay amps, good headunits and horrible speakers. Their only good sub is the type r.
