Suggestions on stereo integrity subs

Ive never heard of stereo integrity until today and im looking to get subs to find up under seats. is this i a good sub

They have no products available for shipment right now, and there are only a handful of people who have heard the Mag. Don't waste your time asking a question for which there is no answer.

I have not heard the new sub you are talking about -- in fact I am not sure when it will even be available.

My vote of confidence for SI is based on my experience with the Mag, which has been very good, as well as the fact the company has a very good reputation for putting out quality products and good customer service.

I think the new BM you are talking about will be about $159 shipped. I have no idea how much the JL is, but I bet it is pricey. But JL puts out good products as well.

If they were both available, I would likely give the SI BM a try.

This is true, however, there are two caveats:

1) As of current pricing, the Stereo Integrity BM (and the MAG as well if I recall correctly) are going to be priced well below JL's slim-sub offering.

2) Past history has shown the SI has released some very capable drivers. This does not EXACTLY translate into an automaticly good sub for their future products, but it does bode well.

That said, i believe the JL is out now correct? Whereas the SI subs are still in the testing stages. It depends entirely on your timeframe.

We tortured it with a lot of power and then cut it apart. The basket and motor are laying in our garage.

The previous subs were awesome and very capable, right up there with the best of them in SQ and build quality and could hang with any sub built for similar goals in SPL. The new subs should be great, the Mags should be up for preorder in a week or 2, whereas the BMs could be anywhere from 4-6 months off still. From those who have heard the new subs they sound better than their last gen counter parts but are not as loud. The JL TW5 looks very promising and should be a great sub but I could never bring myself to pay the price they are aasking.

Based on that alone the cheap a$$ in me goes BM every time

The BM will likely be on par with every other SI product... meaning it will be a quality product. The JL too is likely an awesome product, but back to figure 1... is it worth the extra 400!?!?!? Doubtful

I had a MAG sub and it was my favorite I have ever had. It did better for me in a large ported box tuned to 26hz.

That sub was my favorite of all time until reasontly. I currently own a rare Sound Splinter 8" sub.

You should compare the mag or BM to either the w6 or w7
