Suggestions on double din setups

I currently have a factory Ford double din head unit.

I would like to add the following options:

USB/MP3 input

CD

HD Radio?

Bluetooth for cell phone

DVD would be a bonus.

I do not need a double din unit.

Or I could run 2 standard head units if needed.

I think what I actually need a is a digital media receiver.

I do not need a CD player at all..

I was looking at the Eclipse CD3200

It has bluetooth and USB input which is what I really want.

Has anyone used the USB input? I am assuming I can use a USB drive or SD card with USB adapter to play MP3.

The HD adapter for the head unit is rather expensive.

Depends on your budget and tastes really. FWIW, I have a JVC KW-GX700 in my nissan and love it. Simple controls, CD right in front, clean cosmetics, supports xm/Serus, Ipod, USB, AUX, Bluetooth. Nice sound too. $250 . See the reviews at crutchfield .
