two DD 1508's should sound good in the Mustang...I'm working on a Custom box for 3 1508's in my Saleen.....right now I have one 1508 hooked up to a DD M3

I'll be able to put 3 1508's vented in mine 3.5 cu ft internal...and still have most of the trunk and access to the spare...I really hate the oddball trunks in the newer Mustangs...It is split level.....

minimal space? could go with a single L7 with a kicker mono 750.1

think u can get a new 07 L7 in box on ebay for around $200.

as for an amp anything that'll put out 500-600w x1 @ 2ohms would work.

can get them anywhere around $190 - $300

i was looking at the L7 but ive that its not very good in the sq department and thas not gonna fly too well

i really like the re audio sr12 so that leaves about 250 for the amp? any suggestions

I'll give you my setup and maybe you would like something similar (I'm 17 give me a break I know it's cheap).

2 Alpine Type R's = $164

2 Pairs of Pioneer speakers = $70

Hifonics bx1000d running approx. 1000W at 1ohm = $101

4 AWG wiring kit = $40

Sealed box materials = $30

RCA Signal converter for HU = $20

Total= $425 ($355 without speakers, but just a sub and amp don't equal a "system")

And I couldn't be happier with how I spent my money.

ok so i guess i should restate what im doing i just want a sub and amp for around 350

ive heard the type r's before and wasnt crazy about them and ive heard nothing but good things about re audio so im pretty set on that sub

ive been looking at the profile ap1000m for my amp...anyone have any experience with that amp?
