well its usually frowned upon to seal L7s, dont know how sure since ive never sealed one

you have a substantial amt more of cone area for the 2 square 15s

tru. two 15" l7's sealed in a car seem like they could be felt some blocks away, but i really never heard sx's before..

Honestly I bet (2) ported SX's would get as loud as (2) sealed L7's. The box sizes would probably be about the same.

I wouldn't seal the L7's though. The only L7 sealed setup I ever heard sounded sloppy and muddy.

i heard two 10" l7's sealed and they actualy sounded really clean, kinda have an idea what the two 15's sealed would be like..

i had a 10 l5 and have a 10 sx now .. sx > l5 sound quality is alot better

if its not as loud it will be worth it for quality

trust me quality beats spl any day of the week

unless u are competing

and they will get nice and loud in the right box

IF you have the power, yes, two sealed L7 15's would walk the RE's. Sealed, people say they don't have no output, BS....they just have more ported, BUT they do hammer sealed! they don't drop magically 3-6db going sealed folks.........................

If you are going to run sealed, do so with the cvx 15s instead. No need for 2 threads asking the same question..
