Suggestions in eliminating turn on and off thump from my system...

I've started to have a turn on and off thump. My system consists of:

Pioneer avic-130bt

Rockford Fosgate line driver

Audio Control dqx

alpine pdx-mx12 running base

DSL RA40 amp running mids and tweets

I just upgraded the big 3

I just bought a new kinetik battery

I maybe wrong but I've heard or read that a capacitor could help

ground your RCAs to the HU has always worked for me

Should I ground all of them or just the ones coming out of the unit? Sorry just want to make sure I don't miss anything

Grounding the rca jacks on the hu should solve your problem.

how does grounding the rcas stop turn on and off thump? that is usually a cure for hiss from pioneer hu s
