Same struggle here....Pioneer would be ur best bet IMO. Crutchfield.com has a nice Compare feature on there site. Also try an find vids on YouTube, it helps....

For 500$ you could have bought Pioneers best non nav unit from last year. 8500bhs

so I purchased the pioneer avh x5600 from sonic. arrived when they said it would packed well with all the necessary install accessories. install was a breeze. on to the good stuff this is a classy looking double din head unit display is very nice eq is really easy to use by touch cd's load nice and smooth.

very good sound quality from this unit also when I paired my cellphone to the blue tooth it took all of 2 seconds to complete this I was very impressed. I stressed and struggled for a couple of weeks about which head unit to purchase but looking at this unit now it is a no brainer if your looking at this and on the fence buy it you wont be disappointed.

also thank you to all who participated I love this forum and have learned so much and have been guided extremely well in all my car audio purchases
