suggestions for HU about $200

My friend needs a hu to complete his system. Really all we NEED is subwoofer RCA outputs. What would you guys recommed getting. It is going into a 2007 mazda 3. He has 2 12" CVRs or a lanzar 1000watt max amp in a sealed box. None of that really matters, but i know pioneer has the ground issue so i probably wouldnt suggest one of those, but if need be i am sure he wouldnt mind.
