Suggestions for a 149.9 bassracer

K well im looking to finally do a big build. Ive got two HW's but i think im gonna sell them and run something that will get a lot lower. So im stuck on a few setups(im only gonna run 3-4kw). 2 HDC3 18's or 4 RD sonances(prototype ones 15") or 2 of the new Alphas 18". But idk which one to choose. I was leaning toward the sonances because theyd sound great, and more cone area. But i thought id ask on here to see what you guys recommended.

Any other suggestions would be great too. Thanks

i was almost perfect for 149.9 bassrace with my two 18'' bl's only getting about 2k total i was doing over 150 on music and can hold the 49.9 easily

I think bls are overprice for my blood. Im looking to stay around 600 for subs.

Yes this will be a wall. And im leaning towards 4 15's as well.

get 4 type r 12's and call it a day

slap them in 12 cubes ported tuned to the frequency ur ride peaks at with a 250 square inch port and theres ur 149.9 on music ...depending on wat ur incar frequency is...find a song that peaks at that freq and ur good to go

Mehhhhh I could do 6 12's. The sonance v.2's. But id need more power.

Uhh. I said low, and i want a really loud ground pounder but i like competing so i thought it would be sweet to do a 149.9 bassrace.

Omg, im not running argggghhs lol. I want something that sounds clean and gets low. They sound weird to me. Ive done multiple setups with them anywhere from 32hz-42hz and they sound weird.

For a 149.9 bassracer your going to want multiple subs to handle the power run after run with little breaks. You also want to plan on alot of battery power.

I say the 4 RD's.
