Suggested battery+alt for 3,000 watts?

yeah rewinding alty's always leads to shortened lifespan and spending more money in the end. definitly worth it to get a new or like new HO alty.

get a (formerly powermaster) XS D3100. In my personal experience and also from what i've read from others xs d3100 > kinetik hc2400.

i love my d3100. it's a beast

Anyways I am having issues finding a 250-300 amp alternator. Guess ill go with yall and just drop it in as the main alt isntead of going through with being forced to mount and run another belt.

I have one 220amp alt with one C&D tech batt up front with my visonik v4000xd and it does really good at full tilt it doesnt go below mid 13volts sometimes it will staysupwards to 14 volts I have another c&d in my bedroom just waiting for more ring terminals so I can through it in the back but try DB Electrical Starter-Alternator > alternator, chevy alternator, mini alternator, chrome alternator, ford alternato awesome customer service and pretty cheaply priced

Decided on a XS Battery D2400 and a 240 amp H/O Alt.

Now to come up with how I want my box to hold the 4 12" subs.
