suggest and amp or amps. need 4000+ rms

right now i got 2 15's each getting 1600 rms a piece, they are L7s. the problem is that they really aren't that loud. my guess is that my box is tuned too high(37 hz), because i screwed up. well i just sold my amp( colossus II) so i need another amp. looking to get a hk4000d that is modded and running it .5 ohms, but i'm not sure so suggestions are welcome:fro:

my electrical so far is 240 amp alt, big 3 in 0 gauge, kinetik 1800( will be getting another also)
