Basically a cut through is where you cut through the cab and bed of the truck to use the bed as part of the box........ here check this out.

Talk to loud1500 He did a nice job on his cut through in a Chevy Silvarado using 4 SE 10's, which were just recently switched out for 2 MT 15's.
