If you had to get a prefab box, would subzero boxes be good? It is a sealed 1.25cu for 12's.

I guess, although it'd be probably be more cost-effective to build your own/have someone do it for you. Is there a reason why you have to use a pre-fab box?

gauntlet is right, especially for a sealed box. it'll cost you $40 to make a small sealed box, including screwed, glued, and carpet.

otherwise, yes, that box would be fine.

but seriously. why are you getting a new box if your friend gave you that one?

if you are asking us if its a GOOD box... then see for yourself. install it, and if you like it. keep it. if not make a new one.

it dosnt matter who made it - a sealed box is a sealed box (unless it has leaks of course)

tbh, if you want more BOOM port it. if you are happy with the way it sounds. be glad it was free.
