subwoofers losing signal

Hi guys, new to the forum. I got a problem with my stereo. I keep losing power to my subwoofers. If I disconnect the amplifier positive wire from the battery and connect it again, all works well, as soon as I start my car I lose signal to my subs but the amp is still powered up and not in protection mode, I have changed the fuse, and rca leads and relocated the ground wire from the amplifier to a different spot and made sure u sanded back to bare metal and it still does the same, my battery seems to be fine also. Anyone got any ideas?
