Subwoofer making rattling noise

I have an Orion P Series 15 and i just now noticed that at low volumes i can hear a rattling noise coming from it. I held down the dust cap and the noise went away until i took my head off. The other 3 subs sound fine it is just this one that rattles. Whenever i turn it up i can not hear it anymore but that is because the bass i overwhelming everything. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what i could do to get it to stop rattling or do you think it might be about to blow. Wats up?

Alright i just went back out there and the dust cap is coming off. Half of it is off of the cone but the other half is glued down tight. What should i use to glue down the other half. Plastic Dustcap, Paper Cone.
