I have a Chevy HHR that I have been installing playing around with. It came with an 8 inch sub that I have abandoned. The box it was in is only 3.5" deep and .3 CU.
I have a very good set up now, Eclipse CD7000, Audiocontrol DQXS, 11" Focal V2 SUB, Focal K2P in front, Focal V2 in rear, Audison LRx 6.9 amp.
I would like to regain the use of my rear deck where I have installed the sub and equipment. I have a place for the equipment, but have a problem locating a sub.
There is a 3' by 1' by 7" storage box in the floor that I would be willing to lose, replaced by a custom box. I could fit 6.5" subs in that and end up with some decent CU FT. I am looking at the JL specialty 6" sub and am open to others. If I installed 3 or 4 of these for my SQ, Classic Rock sysytem would it do the trick or would I be kicking myself?
