I would love to see this happen but I see people getting butt hurt and then the whole thing turn into a big flop. Either way when I need a rebuild I know who to contact and a build off would not change my decision. Oh that person is above me LOL

subs could even be raffeled off after for a charity i dont care.

Joke young homie. How about you recone a sub that hasnt been done much before. I.E. I will supply you a Type X if you decide to do so. You can then shoot me the sub back after the competition.

Interesting idea for a competition.. would be nice if everyone was local so the subs wouldn't have to get shipped around and everyone could just meet up..

Everyone using coils with a DC resistance within +/- .2 ohms might introduce some problems since it would severly limit what coils could be used... putting the same amount of apparent or 'clamped' power to each sub might be another way to do things... amps could be changed out if need be, and gains adjusted accordingly for each sub...

or we could do a 8" sub build off with 2k im down for what ever, cheaper 2 ship...
