Subs too close?

Is there any danger in mounting subwoofers too close to eachother...or even too close to the enclosure wall? The reason I ask is because I'm trying to build a box for my two fifteens and my max dimensions are leaving me with little choice but to mount the subwoofers close to eachother and over to one side to leave room for the port.

The 2 subs can kiss and hug with no probs just make sure the vent on the magnet has a little room to breath.
