Subs that do well in small sealed boxes?

are You running gtis?
Was ... had 3 12s in my Xterra before the engine/****** went on the fritz, uninstalled the stereo to avoid dealer hassle (they were trying to deny me warranty work when I only had the AVIC-D1 installed with stock speakers) .... yes it's a pain. I am one service stop away from Lemon law ... so I am waiting for it to stall on me again.

3.. **** that must have been poundin. I can do the hair trick somewhat with my single W12GTI I just odered a W15GTI it will be here on the 14th

It was .. but it was heavily underpower as they were sealed and I only had a 2200.1 on a stock electrical system.

When this is all said and done with the X, I am stepping down to 2 10s and an 1100 as I like my warranty where it is //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif I know ... I'm a puzz

be careful on witch subs you pick.... those prefab fbody boxes have problems fitting deep subs... because of the angle... i can guarantee the JL w6v2 wont fit... tried it before... 12w3v2's sounded awesome in a sealed box around those sizes in my old grand prix back in the day...

If a pair of Type X's fit then I'm sure that the W6s will fit.

Check out the Eclipse SW9122, I had mine in a .8 cube box sealed up and it got really fukn loud. Mos Def the loudest sub Ive ever heard sealed, I don't make a habit of going to shows though.

How bout 2 Fi SSD's? 10" or 12" Scott himself says they run good in a small enclosure. He's running a pair sealed in like .7 ^3 i believe

If you want to try to build the box yourself you can get A LOT more air space. I have 3.4 cubes in the back of my firebird.

Subthump used to make a "deep well" box that was 1.5cf per chamber, you should e-mail them and see if they'll make one for you.

Also, you might not be able to invert it because the rear window is fairly close to the hatch.
