Subs stopped working. Need help!

I have 2 Kicker Comp CVR's 12' 2ohm hooked up to a Kicker Mono Channel 750w amp. I did not wire it myself, so I really do not know what the problem is, but they are not working. I looked at all of the wires and tried to understand what is going on, and for the most part, I can see what's going on, but they're still not working. I checked the fuses and they don't look burnt out. I tried connecting my old subwoofer, but that didn't work either, so it's not the subs. The amp doesn't have any lights or anything to show power, so it could possibly be the amp? I'm not sure what the possibilies are so how do I find out what the problem is?

Which fuses? The ones in your amp? You should have an inline fuse running along the power wire from your battery. Make sure it isn't blown.

Yea I have 2 fuses along the power, one next to my battery and one next to my subs, they both look fine to me. If they were blown, they would be black right?
