HUSH, the Lanzars actually are pretty loud and have very good SPL. The amp i got is just one i got for free so to me it's all good until i am done with my semester class's, go back to work, ge me money, and get the Class D Sony AMP!!!!

All subwoofers will produce bass. Now, how loud it is, is subjective.
