hey guys i just got a boston g510 10" sub, but i hooked it up and i get nothing example for a tiny bit of sound, like its not getting enough power. my amp is 800watts at 2 ohms and my sub is a dual voice coil four ohm. the instructions look like there is no wiring to do just open the box and the fuses inside will determine what impedence it runs at so what could i have done wrong?

Thats how u want it

The little diagram under the fuses on that sub shows how to wire it for either 2 or 8 ohms. Two fuses for 2 ohms and one fuse in the middle for 8 ohms.

well i put both of them in but it still only runs at 8 ohms for some reason because my amp is set at 200 watts for 8 ohm and when i turn it on it thumps a little when i turn the amp all the way up but at 2 ohms it is set for 800 watts
