Sub wiring question...

If you had two subs, each D2 VC, you could run 1 amp to each of them @ 1 ohm...

If you wanted to take the same pair of subs and amps, but bridge the amps together and run it at .5 ohms, it it .25 ohm per amp to have a final load of .5?

I guess I should clarify that when wiring it at .5 ohms you are withbf the subs together...sorry if I didn't make that clear.

assuming the amps are bridgeable, they would indeed need to be stable to a quarter ohm each.

WTF are you all talking about? just wire each sub up to 4 ohms then back down to 2 ohms for the final load strapped, most all strappable amps work at 2 ohms.
