Sub repair?

I have two subs that dont work right now that i would like to fix.

one is a fairly new polk 12". it seems to rattle instead of produce bass but the cone still moves. the other is an old kicker and the cone cannot move at all even if i ouch or pull on it.

any ideas on if these 2 are repairable at all?

It depends if they are worth saving? If u treasure them then fix them?
