sub box question...

just wondering if anyone knows about how much most shops charge to build a custom box for subs... i need one for my audiobahn AW152N w/ports etc...

I'd make one myself but im at school and don't have the tools!

Just not sure if its like $60 bucks or like $260!

$200-300 probably for a regular ported box.

probably looking closer to $260... if not more. for a custom enclosure, they are probably going to charge something rediculous, around $100/hour.

better off building it yourself, or finding someone on here to do it for you.

i don't mean to sound like an idiot, just wondering if those boxes are even worth the money. i'd love to get the box the subs intended for but my budget is about

nothing... so if that would work at all i'd be happy.

heres my subs specs:

i know the ports dont match up at all, just wondering if a box like this

is a possible substitute?

please oh please don't lead yourself to that path. that will be a wrong decision. for that costs you can build your own box that will sound 10000x better than that one on ebay. just hire someone to build one for you or build it for you. its worth it, trust me.
