Sub Box Design Help Please

I have four Polk Audio DXi 12's, 4 OHM SVC. Right now I have them in a sealed box and I want to build a ported box. I have the specs from Polk on size and port dimensions but I dont want to have 4 ports. What I need help with is converting the 4 ports into one slot port, I have no idea where to start doing the math. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can use 2 6inch round ports.

Im really looking to convert the round ports into one large slot port, anyone that can help with the conversion of the round to square would be a great help !

12-16in^2 of port area per 1ft^3 of space is a decent rule of thumb. I lean more on the 16in^2 side though. The length will change depending on the tuning you want.

im too lazy at the moment. u can pm ram designs and have him design it but it will cost ya a few bucks

u can use this to get the general design and look

6ft3 with around 96in2 of port area around 27" long

This is not exact but should get you in the area you want to be.
