Wonder what to look for when purchasing carpet for a sub box? Also what are good adhesives to get?

if i can find the 90 i will settle for 77 just alot of 77

3M Super 77 Multipurpose Spray Adhesive: strong-bonding, fast-drying glue that you just spray on. Think it up, glue it down!

im planning on using patent leather vinyl for my center console and box... very stretchy and can be heated with a heatgun to go perfectly around corners and curves. Also its super high gloss which I like... and I use the 3m super 77, use a lot though

If you want carpet look for trunk liner carpet on amazon or at the local fabric shops. As far as adhesive I use the 77 as well or Loctites spray glue. Both work really well.

Im just wanting to cover up my box... not willing to put to much money and effort it takes to paint it as i may be selling it later so i could build a different style and tuning

Loctite is terrible and so is Duco spray adhesive. Don't get anything but 3M super 77 or 90 . The 3M general trim adhesive works ok as well.

I prefer Permatex heavy duty in the orange can, most auto parts stores have it. PE has carpet for like $7yd, non backed frays easily but is better for going over raised logos...

Yeah only get 3m spray glue. As for carpet I went to Walmart and just bough black felt. Went on ok, but wouldn't use again

Weldwood DAP works pretty good as well.
