I just cant find a way to wire my RE SE12 (duel 4) to 4 ohms

Can someone show/tell me how

lol yep. get another and wire it to 4 ohms...? or just wire to 2 so you can get more power out of your amp if its stable at that....

AH ok thanks ok so i have a 2 channle amp like 600 watts x1 rms at 4 ohms

and 225X1 at 2 ohms per channle ...

can i wire one channle to each coil or would that not work?

Yes you can wire each coil to a channel, but it would be seeing 4ohms each.

Also have to make sure you set the gains on each channel very close or the same. If it has dual gains.

It would be the same power to the sub to wire each coil to each channel or wiring them both to one channel. Only difference is you risk sending different signals to the sub coils if there is a stereos signal coming in. Keep it wired at 2ohms on one channel!

well if he had one sub on each coil he would be fine. Even if he sent it diffrent signals uit would just sound out of phase with no real damage to his equipment unless his box is a shared chamber. Best choice here though is like you said, wire it bridged at 2 ohm. The only amps I can think of that arnt stable at 2 ohm bridged are pyles and shit so who cars if you blow on up.

The se12 is 600w rms and my amp is 250 rms (2 ohms)per channle and 150 rms(4 ohms) so would 250w be enough power?

How would i wire one channle to each coil?
