why not just get good speakers? and what kind of issues are you worried about?

Um, how are bostons not good? Pro's are some of the best mid priced comps out there. IMHO better than JL's, alpines or infinity. I haven't heard DD or RE, but I would get another set of Pros in a heartbeat.

my factory Bostons are awesome i just want a little more.... thats why i was considering the upgrade to a better quality boston

I would deffinitly recommend bostons over infinity anyday. Give them a little power and they will sound great. My pros took 100rms all the way up to 220 rms when I bridged the amp like a champ.

I suggest get something good and powerful enough so when you are ready to add a different amp, the speakers are already good.
